Whether you are a veteran agent with decades of experience or a newcomer with just a month in the field, our comprehensive training program is designed to empower everyone to develop their own lead generation techniques. Additionally, we will assist you in leveraging live tour requests from our partners to enhance your business growth. Our agents frequently achieve the remarkable feat of closing 2-3 transactions monthly within their first 90 days with our team, thanks to our robust leads and training.
Our onboarding and training process is unmatched. During your first 5 days with us, you will undergo an intensive onboarding experience. You will acquire a focused skill set, covering everything from lead conversion to conducting outstanding buyer/seller consultations and mastering contracts - all aimed at getting you ready to showcase properties promptly.
Expectations from You:
- Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
- Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for clients.
- Conduct property evaluations to ascertain values for sellers.
- Be readily available for your clients whenever they need assistance.
- Maintain updated records in all systems and CRM tools as per information from our channel partners.
