  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their property listings, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction
  • Strategically price, stage, and promote homes for sellers to attract potential buyers swiftly
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to secure the best possible deal for sellers by determining optimal listing prices
  • Engage with clients consistently to enhance their experience and improve service ratings
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in utilizing real estate CRM systems to manage client information securely and efficiently
  • Demonstrates the ability to complete tasks promptly and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to set and finalize appointments via phone
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the real estate sector
  • A collaborative team player who recognizes that their success contributes to the team's overall achievements
Compensation: $75,000 - $160,000
