Primary Responsibilities:

  • Training & Development: Engage in a month-long shadowing program, followed by continuous training to help you achieve your maximum potential.
  • Daily Activities: Ensure that your daily schedule is filled with revenue-generating tasks that you will be trained on.
  • Client Engagement: Interact with potential buyers, present property options, and offer expert advice on renovations as well as NetWorth Price Opinions (NPO) to assist in their decision-making.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Transaction Coordination: Utilize our proprietary software to enhance efficiency and track transactions; collaborate with title companies to facilitate smooth closings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, face-to-face relationships with both new and existing clients to foster the business relationships necessary for success.
  • Networking: Actively expand your client base through networking and proactive outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License: An active real estate license in your state is required to begin. Candidates currently pursuing their license will be considered, but it must be obtained before starting employment.
  • Sales Skills: Comfort in engaging with individuals both over the phone and in person, along with the ability to build personal and professional relationships.
  • Motivation: A strong desire to excel in a commission-based environment, understanding that success takes time.
  • Integrity: Commitment to adhering to company policies, mission, and core values is crucial.
  • Full-Time Availability: This is a full-time role that requires dedication and commitment to achieve success.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Education: A college degree is preferred but not mandatory, provided there is a strong motivation to succeed.

Position Details:

  • Type: Full-Time, Outside/Inside Sales
  • Compensation: Commission-based with opportunities for bonuses and incentives, including company trips, cash rewards, lunches, contests, etc.
  • Expected Earnings: Average On-Target Earnings (OTE) for the first year is projected at $89,000, with high achievers having the potential to earn significantly more.
