Compensation:$75,000 - $160,000
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote outstanding customer service
- Price, stage, and market properties to attract potential buyers efficiently
- Negotiate contracts with buyer's agents to secure the best possible deals
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their property listings and enhance customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly to all leads and inquiries to foster growth in our client base
- Valid real estate license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate sector
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Proficient in CRM software for managing client information securely
- Efficient and effective in completing tasks
