Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team at The Anderson Group Real Estate Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, and managing the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) listings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Coordination: Oversee all aspects of seller transactions, including preparing listing information and obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements.
  • MLS Management: Manage MLS listings and social media postings to ensure timely and accurate updates.
  • Showings and Cleanings: Coordinate showings and cleanings for properties, and track sales activity in our database.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless transactions and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages.
  • Education: College experience preferred, but not required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Real estate license or willingness to pursue one.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MLS and real estate-related software, and ability to navigate basic computer programs.
