With a minimum of 23 years of real estate sales experience, they rank among the top 5% in their previous roles. They possess a solid understanding of financial reporting, including P&Ls, and leverage this knowledge to make informed business decisions.

Compensation Package:

On Target Earnings: $150,000 - $200,000+ based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Lead the Market Center effectively
  • Implement the Operating Principal's vision
  • Utilize Growth Initiative tools to achieve targets for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability
  • Consult with top-performing associates to enhance productivity and retention
  • Achieve dominant market share in designated areas
  • Develop the Market Center to meet profitability standards
  • Collaborate with the Executive leadership team to provide training opportunities

Essential Duties:

  • Recruit sales associates on a weekly basis (interview, select, hire)
  • Communicate the Market Center's value and opportunities to all leadership and associates
  • Manage staff to ensure professionalism and performance
  • Analyze competition and devise business prospecting and marketing strategies
  • Conduct performance evaluations of staff
