Job DescriptionAs an Executive Kitchen Sales Consultant at Kitchen Tune-Up Grand Rapids Forest Hills, you will be responsible for managing customer experiences through the kitchen sale and installation process. This includes meeting with customers in our showroom to finalize design selections, managing incoming sales leads, and assisting customers in the showroom as needed. You will also help generate marketing and social media content, work effectively with cross-functional teams, and update and track sales pipelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer experiences through the kitchen sale and installation process.
- Meeting with customers in the showroom to finalize design selections.
- Managing incoming sales leads to engage and create excitement for Kitchen Tune-Up.
- Assisting customers in the showroom and selling as needed.
- Helping generate marketing and social media content.

- Updating and tracking sales pipelines.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
