Sales Lighting Consultant

The Kendall Group is seeking a talented and self-motivated individual for the role of Sales Lighting Consultant at our Kendall Lighting Center in Grand Rapids, MI.

About The Role:
- Greet and assist customers visiting or calling in, providing personalized service to meet their needs.
- Sell a wide variety of lighting products to customers, maintaining and growing customer sales and gross profits to meet Company growth objectives.
- Maintain and merchandise new accessories, pricing them as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the showroom floor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Experience working with MS Office and strong computer and typing skills.
- Ability to work well cross-functionally, provide excellent internal and external customer service, and work independently and as part of a team to accomplish tasks.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Lighting Showroom Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
