About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Services Representative to join our clinical team at MedVet. As a key member of our hospital team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring a smooth and effective experience for our clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Check-in Clients: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our clients and their pets, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Answer Phones and Transfer Calls: Respond to client inquiries and transfer calls to the appropriate team members in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escort Clients and Pets to Exam Rooms: Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
  • Manage Medical Records and Charts: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and charts, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Discuss Payment Options and Process Payments: Discuss payment options with clients and process payments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Lobby: Maintain a clean and organized lobby, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining medical records and charts.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • General Computer Competency: Possess general computer competency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous Experience in a Veterinary Setting: Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred, but not required.
