As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will oversee a designated territory with an established client base, while also expanding that base and representing our organization and its offerings. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our products and services to both existing and potential clients, including interior designers.
  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach and cold calling.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within designated timelines.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with current clients to ensure they are benefiting from our services.
  • Provide management with insights regarding customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive landscape, and opportunities for additional offerings.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales are required.
  • Proven track record of being highly motivated and target-oriented in sales.
  • Strong skills in selling, negotiation, and communication.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience.
  • Strong relationship management skills and receptiveness to feedback.
  • Experience in fabric care maintenance is advantageous.
  • A valid Driver's License is necessary.
