About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Communications Specialist to join our team at Marsh McLennan Companies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content and communications materials that showcase our company's expertise and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive visual identity strategy that aligns with our company's brand guidelines.
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics materials, including presentations, proposals, guides, brochures, and internal/external communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to procure materials and information for various projects.
  • Manage and manipulate charts, graphs, tables, pictures, and other graphic elements in various file formats.
  • Support the maintenance of corporate branding and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Regularly review current products, processes, services, and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between teams and departments to promote clear and timely communication and assist with problem-solving as situations arise.
  • Stay informed about technical knowledge, market trends, company information, and other operating techniques and share information as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Marketing/Communications related major.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Graphic Design or Marketing/Communications position is preferred.
  • Portfolio required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to work on both Apple OS and PC.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Capable of adapting quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
