Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Manage incoming inquiries with a focus on achieving resolution in a single interaction.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and discrepancies to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct audits of service programs to ensure adherence to company standards.

Specific Duties:

  • Respond to customer calls, providing information on products, pricing, and account services.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and related issues.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through quality service and effective resolution strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met while aligning with company policies.
  • Utilize analytical skills to address pricing, invoicing, and service delivery concerns.
  • Monitor service programs to ensure compliance with established processes.
  • Report unresolved service issues to management promptly.
  • Identify and communicate trends in customer service to improve overall operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles, including complaint resolution and service delivery.
  • Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency in addressing customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and positive attitude, with a collaborative spirit.
  • Proficient in company software for customer management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage service programs.
  • Experience with relevant software applications is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including potential evenings and weekends.

Education:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years in a customer service role, particularly in high-volume environments.
