Aramark Uniform Services is a leading provider of uniforms and related services, catering to a diverse clientele across various sectors. With a commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote workforce.

This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding service to our customers. The successful candidate will manage incoming inquiries with the goal of resolving issues on the first call. Responsibilities include addressing discrepancies and customer complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Additionally, this position involves auditing service programs to guarantee compliance and effective follow-up with customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries, providing detailed information on products, pricing, and account services.
  • Accurately document all interactions, including customer issues and account notes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries in a single interaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Assist customers in understanding their account status through analysis of invoicing and payment history.
  • Resolve issues related to misapplied payments and discrepancies through thorough research.
  • Support customers with unassigned cash and payment issues.
  • Develop and implement tailored resolution strategies to meet individual customer needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed while adhering to company policies.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to tackle concerns related to pricing, invoicing, and service delivery.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with service programs to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Notify management of unresolved service issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify and report on service trends to improve processes.
  • Provide support via phone or chat as needed.
  • Assist new hires through one-on-one training sessions to reinforce processes and provide guidance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in line with the responsibilities outlined above.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer service processes, including complaint resolution and account management.
  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly in a phone-based environment.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, positive demeanor, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in company software used for customer management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to achieve one-call resolution for customer inquiries.
  • Experience in managing service programs effectively.
  • Familiarity with Oracle systems is advantageous.
  • Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings and weekends.
EDUCATION:
  • High school diploma required; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, particularly in a high-volume call environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Remote work setting.

COMPENSATION:
