- Assist in training new hires through one-on-one sessions or team labs, reinforcing processes and offering guidance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in line with the responsibilities outlined above.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of customer service protocols, including complaint resolution, product availability, and accounts receivable.
- Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated work ethic, positive demeanor, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficient in using company software for customer management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Capability to achieve one-call resolutions for customer inquiries.
- Experience in monitoring and driving adherence to service programs.
- Familiarity with Oracle software is advantageous.
- Flexible schedule availability, including days, nights, weekends, and potential overtime.
Education:
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of two years in a customer service role, particularly in a high-volume call environment.
Work Environment:
- Remote work setting.
Benefits:

Compensation:
