Senior Sales and Marketing Director

The Senior Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability. This role will collaborate with senior executives and regional directors to establish and execute sales goals, accountability, and outcomes of the Sales Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and lead the sales and marketing teams to deliver on objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and produce specific sales and marketing plans with communities within divisions and regions
- Direct the training of community sales teams to ensure success in following the strategic sales plans for each community
Requirements:
- Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the DFW area
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Seven or more years multi-site sales experience to include selling responsibility for independent living, assisted living, and memory care
- Experience to include marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Requires the ability to travel 25%
