About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Administrator to join our team at Renewal by Andersen. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales processes, pipeline management, and budgeting to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Develop and implement reporting tools and templates to enhance sales performance analysis
  • Plan and execute sales training webinars, conferences, and communications to drive sales productivity
  • Assist regional managers in making informed, data-driven decisions to effectively administer sales programs
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, data reconciliation, and other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business, administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales or a related field, with a focus on operations and/or marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office suite tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Able to deliver formal presentations to internal and external customers
