Position Overview:
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will be an integral part of the Intercollegiate Athletics Marketing Sales & Fan Experience team, operating under the guidance of the Associate Athletic Director of Marketing, Sales & Fan Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
This role primarily focuses on crafting and executing marketing strategies, managing game day operations, developing promotional initiatives, overseeing ticket sales, and facilitating sponsor engagement for both Men's and Women's basketball. The ultimate goal is to optimize revenue, boost fan attendance, and enhance the overall game day atmosphere.

Moreover, this position will take the lead in fostering student involvement, acting as a bridge between student organizations and leadership to promote awareness and attendance.

Additionally, the coordinator will assist the marketing team across various sports, including football, volleyball, soccer, baseball, and softball, in formulating and executing marketing and promotional strategies aimed at increasing attendance, revenue, and fan satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with various social media platforms.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to NCAA, MAC, and NCAA regulations.
