Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Operations Administrator Assistant to provide cross-functional support and enhance our sales productivity. This role will involve developing tools, improving CRM design, coordinating sales/marketing initiatives, and providing general sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales processes, pipeline management, budgeting, and assist with annual retail planning
  • Review and identify opportunities for existing sales processes
  • Lead the development of reporting tools and templates
  • Plan and execute sales training webinars, sales conferences, communications
  • Assist regional manager with making informed, data-driven decisions to effectively administer sales programs
  • Coordinate on-boarding/off-boarding, data reconciliation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business, administration, marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years professional experience in a sales or related field (operations and/or marketing)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SalesForce
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Able to deliver formal presentations to internal and external customers
