Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and hardworking Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success function, you'll be responsible for helping customers adopt new features, identifying and engaging with customers who are not using the product as expected, managing renewals, and building upsell processes for new products and seats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help customers adopt new features and identify areas for improvement
  • Engage with customers who are not using the product as expected and provide support
  • Manage renewals and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build upsell processes for new products and seats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable customer success processes
Requirements
  • Located in San Francisco or willing to relocate
  • Comfortable interacting with customers over chat and video
  • Very organized and hard working
  • Interest in tinkering with the product and suggesting improvements
