Job Overview

CableMaster, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to meet their requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform sales strategies.
  • Quoting and Proposal Development: Create and present customized quotes and proposals to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of CableMaster's products and services.
  • Data Management: Accurately and efficiently manage customer data and sales information in our ERP system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing and accounting, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
