Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Procore's General Contractor Enterprise Sales team to achieve sales targets and strategic goals while promoting a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Facilitate the growth of the sales team through training and development initiatives.
  • Oversee territory management, including planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Contribute to and influence the go-to-market strategy within the region.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients; track progress throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to generate new business and expand existing revenue streams.
  • Engage with C-suite executives, utilizing solution sales techniques to address multiple stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
  • Ensure a comprehensive account engagement strategy is established and regularly updated.
  • Collaborate closely with Enablement to continuously develop tools that support team objectives.
  • Structure and negotiate business terms and contracts with various stakeholders, including senior management and C-level executives.
  • Stay informed on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Travel as necessary to engage with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of securing seven-figure contracts.
  • Experience in a sales leadership capacity, demonstrating the ability to drive sales through the development of high-performing teams and effective processes.
  • Proven experience in executing sales leadership methodologies and managing all aspects of territory management.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise SaaS models, metrics, and online sales frameworks.
  • Ability to excel in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience selling licenses or subscriptions to large, complex organizations, preferably within the construction sector.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A blend of curiosity, ambition, resilience, and a competitive mindset.

Compensation and Benefits:
