Job Summary

The Phoenix Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to and resolve all technical support requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Hardware and Software Support: Maintain, configure, deploy, and repair computer and printer hardware, including supported smart devices.
  • Network and System Administration: Support meeting room and video conference facilities, including systems like Teams and Zoom.
  • Asset Management: Track, maintain, and document all support calls, ensuring quick resolution and closure of open tickets.
  • Security and Compliance: Enforce IT policies and guidelines, monitor enterprise management platforms/alerts, and report security risks.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other IT professionals and departments to understand and address their IT needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Education: BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant technology certifications desirable.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of workstation hardware (Windows 10/11, Apple MacBooks) and mobile devices (iOS, Android, BYOD). Proficiency in SaaS software (Microsoft 365, Okta, AzureAD, SharePoint, Box, Teams, Slack, etc.) and other software (Windows 10/11, MacOS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
What We Offer

The Phoenix Group offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 USD and a dynamic work environment.
