Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Orthodontic Experts Ltd. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our orthodontic practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultation and Communication: Consult with patients to understand their oral health history, concerns, and objectives. Explain treatment plans, address patient concerns, and answer any questions.
  • Treatment Planning and Scheduling: Assist patients in prioritizing treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment arrangements.
  • Financial Management: Conduct financial consultations with new patients and existing patients when new treatment plans are presented. Manage and maintain payment options and policies for patients.
  • Account Management: Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment. Assist in practice collections protocol for all outstanding balances.
  • Patient Welcome and Check-in: Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing events and activities to promote the practice.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including cash handling, answering incoming calls, and maintaining a clean and sanitized clinic/office area.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years of customer service experience, 2 years of sales experience, and 1 year of treatment coordinating experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access). Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Hours and Location
  • Monday - Wednesday: 8:45am - 5:00pm
  • Thursday & Friday: 6:45am - 3:00pm
  • 2 Saturdays per month
  • Travel availability to Menomonee Falls, Hales Corners, Beloit
  • Full-time
