Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team of mental health professionals. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an approved psychiatric residency program
  • Active license to practice medicine in the state of Wisconsin
  • Active DEA license
  • Board certification or board eligibility in psychiatry
  • Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on psychotherapy
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
