Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team of mental health professionals. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions to patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an approved psychiatric residency program
- Active license to practice medicine in the state of Wisconsin
- Active DEA license
- Board certification or board eligibility in psychiatry
- Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
- Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on psychotherapy
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
