Essential Skills Required:

Recruiter Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and refining job descriptions.
  • Identifying potential candidates through various online platforms.
  • Crafting engaging outreach messages to attract passive candidates.
  • Evaluating incoming resumes and applications.
  • Conducting interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
  • Administering assessments to evaluate candidates' skills.
  • Promoting job openings across various channels.
  • Submitting qualified candidates to client hiring managers.
  • Facilitating verbal job offers and addressing benefit inquiries.
  • Tracking key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Building strong relationships with managers to address concerns.
  • Collaborating with management to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Mentoring new hires and assisting with their onboarding process.

Recruiter Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles or account management.
  • Proficient with technology and quick to learn new software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
