Talent Strategy is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various crane equipment, including mobile cranes and boom trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex issues with mobile hydraulic and lattice cranes.
- Perform thorough and accurate annual inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Properly document work reports, hours reports, time sheets, and expense reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Mechanic/Technician required.
- Experience working with different forms of mobile crane equipment, specifically Grove RT & TMS Cranes, Grove GMK European Cranes, Manitowoc EPIC and/or Traditional Cranes, and National Boom Trucks.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for field roles to job sites and for training as required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
