Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team at Real Estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining office files.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate parties
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases
  • Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and special events
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
