Position Overview:

The Lead Product Manager, Client Engagement will be responsible for steering the Coronary Therapies division, overseeing the formulation and implementation of a comprehensive customer engagement strategy, along with significant initiatives aimed at integrating the voice of the customer (VOC) into business strategy and decision-making processes. This role will actively collaborate and engage with selected healthcare professionals (HCPs) in impactful ways to support and advance the objectives of the Coronary Therapies sector.

This individual demonstrates exceptional customer engagement capabilities and influences the wider organization by leveraging their expertise, persuasive skills, alignment, and operational excellence to work collaboratively across various functions to establish and execute a robust key opinion leader (KOL) and customer engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage a detailed customer engagement strategy and tactical plan to bolster the CT division by coordinating cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Research & Development, among others, to facilitate a rhythm of interactions between targeted healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and our unique technology, thereby embedding meaningful customer insights and HCP collaborations into the business.
  • Utilize relationship management and project management skills to successfully navigate a complex, high-impact plan to completion.
  • Regularly advise and communicate with key stakeholders both within and outside the organization, including senior and executive leadership and key clients. This includes individual and team interactions, conferences, and advisory boards, to keep the business informed of key activities, insights, and VOC, as well as to influence initiatives and secure support and resources for the customer engagement strategy and related projects.
  • Build and nurture collaborative relationships with clients to enhance organizational understanding and visibility.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for both external and internal clients and the broader organization, serving as the primary resource for guidance, insights, and inquiries.
  • Maintain ongoing and robust communication with colleagues across the organization to promote knowledge sharing and collective learning.
  • Conduct annual needs assessments and ensure appropriate documentation for compliance processes and requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device sector.
  • Proven experience in developing and sustaining relationships with interventional cardiologists.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong business acumen, strategy development, and execution proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel – up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in PCI procedures.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with senior leadership, team members, and cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience within the medical device industry.
