We partner with diverse sectors, including aviation maintenance, government vehicle servicing, utility providers, construction firms, and automotive dealerships, delivering expert parts management and outstanding customer service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Collaborating closely with the Store Manager to ensure compliance with all operational procedures.
  • Promptly addressing customer inquiries regarding purchases and services.
  • Building strong relationships with remote site managers and technicians to understand their needs and adjust services accordingly.
  • Conducting regular inventory assessments at remote locations to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Regularly visiting client sites to enforce best practices and ensure high service standards.
  • Establishing partnerships with local vendors to support inventory needs.
  • Managing inventory adjustments and ensuring proper labeling and organization of parts.
  • Coordinating returns from remote locations to the main facility.
  • Ensuring adherence to contract requirements and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with management to develop strategies that enhance the value of our IBS program.
  • Understanding and executing the purchase order process effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Completing all required training and maintaining operational standards.
  • Providing training and support to site managers and staff to ensure a competent workforce.

Qualifications Required:

  • A strong commitment to customer care and relationship management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • ASE certification within the first year of employment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster a high-performing team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
