Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Modernization Business Strategy to join our Core Brokerage Platform Technology (CBPT) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). As a key member of the Brokerage Modernization Program (BMP) Team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of our program engagement strategy for a multi-year, cross-functional/cross-business unit program.

This role requires a strong strategic and operational mindset, with a focus on content creation to support a technology program driven by business outcomes across various stakeholders and senior leaders. You will work closely with our Domain Leaders, Program Managers, and Strategy & Planning leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication of business objectives.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field (MIS, Computer Science, Engineering); Master's degree a plus
  • 15+ years of experience in Business Administration, Management Consulting, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, forward-thinking, and constantly evolving team environment with a solid intuition for technology and its ability to drive business value and outcome-driven results
  • Proven ability to understand complex business problems, develop strategies to tackle the problems, and synthesize detailed information into messaging that is relatable to multiple audiences and management levels
  • Passionate about digital storytelling and able to translate complex topics into compelling messages to connect audiences to our program and its progress
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills to deliver clear, concise, and compelling strategic communications to various audiences
  • Strong communications skills, written and verbal, with the ability to influence executive leadership through the creation and delivery of powerful presentations and personal interactions to influence outcomes and executive interactions
  • Experience in management consulting or a similar role that requires a strategic mindset to build new strategies along with blending operational governance and technology-oriented program management
  • Strong ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of business objectives
The Team:

This dynamic BMP Team is a part of CBPT's OCIO, a domain focused on the strategy and planning needs to support our business unit's execution and delivery, working closely with our Domain Leaders, Program Managers, and in collaboration with other Strategy & Planning leaders and business units across the firm.

Please note our hybrid work program involves associates commuting into the office five days per week, every other week, and is subject to change.

Base salary range for this position is $103,000-$218,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
