IT Director

Csi Group is a fast-growing, family-owned CPA firm based in New Jersey, focusing on individuals and families. We provide tax preparation, trust and estate planning, and retirement and financial planning services.

The IT Director is responsible for overseeing the technology strategy and operations within the organization. This role involves managing the IT team, ensuring that all systems and technology infrastructure run smoothly, and aligning IT initiatives with the company's overall business goals.

The IT Director works closely with senior leadership to develop technology solutions that enhance productivity, security, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business goals.
• Create and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans.
• Oversee the maintenance, development, and implementation of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage relationships to procure IT services and solutions.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement technology solutions that improve business operations.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Director, IT Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
• Experience with IT budget management and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
