Role Overview

As a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader at Target, you will be responsible for driving total store sales and understanding your role in sales growth. You will create a guest-obsessed culture and lead your team to prioritize the guest experience and deliver on store sales goals. This role requires strong business acumen, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and managing conflict, leading, and holding others accountable.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $160,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive total store sales and understand your role in sales growth.
  • Create a guest-obsessed culture and lead your team to prioritize the guest experience and deliver on store sales goals.
  • Create schedules and make adjustments as needed to align to guest traffic and business needs.

Requirements
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable.

Additional Information
  • Must be able to interpret instructions, reports, and information.
  • Must accurately handle cash register operations.
  • Must climb up and down ladders.
  • Must have flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance.
