Job Overview

The SMR Group Ltd is a leading provider of forensic toxicology, healthcare, and molecular diagnostic services. As a Territory Sales Manager, Healthcare, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our services through professional sales techniques and long-term client relationships.

About the Role

This position offers a competitive base salary of $120,000 to $180,000 per year, plus uncapped commission potential and car allowance. Top performers can earn in excess of $150-250K annually. Additionally, a comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and 401(k) plan. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives by retaining and growing current accounts, acquiring new business, and utilizing cold calling and prospecting techniques. Regular travel is required, with up to 50% of time spent overnight. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed set sales quotas while adhering to Company sales processes.
  • Retain and grow current accounts as well as acquire profitable new business.
  • Utilize cold calling and other prospecting techniques to identify and obtain new clients.
  • Attend national and regional trade shows, conventions, and meetings to increase Company's presence and name recognition.
  • Provide value to all customer interactions and ensure client needs are exceeded.
