About the Role:
The Restaurant Director will lead a high-performing team, driving sales and profit growth while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing budgets, and developing strategies to improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant, including forecasting and budgeting
• Maintain compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
• Hire, train, and develop management-level crew members
• Create and manage crew member work schedules
• Develop and execute strategies for financial and operational performance improvement
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant

Requirements:
• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology systems quickly
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for work-related functions and training

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually, based on location, experience, and qualifications. Pay is competitive, and incentives may vary.
