Grange Insurance Association is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Manager to lead its HR function and drive business results. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Lead the HR function, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business results and improve organizational performance
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee communications
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and employee engagement
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $122,582-$159,357
  • Flexible hybrid work schedule (2 days per week in Seattle office required)
