Senior HR Manager

Grange Insurance Association is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Manager to lead its HR function and drive business results. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
- Lead the HR function, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business results and improve organizational performance
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee communications
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and employee engagement
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $122,582-$159,357
- Flexible hybrid work schedule (2 days per week in Seattle office required)
