Senior HR Technology Manager

Job Summary
McKinstry is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Technology Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a key member of our Human Resource division, you will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the technology solutions across the HR organization. Your expertise will ensure that initiatives meet data integrity, security, and operational precision as required by the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the HR technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with McKinstry's People Strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR technology solutions, leading evaluation, recommendation, and implementation phases.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration with Workday and other People systems.
- Lead and coach the HRIS Workday team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of work.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with HR leadership, business leaders, and IT professionals to align the Workday platform with McKinstry's People Strategy.
- Continuously improve and evolve Workday and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and operational precision.
- Partner with leaders of other People Technology systems to ensure alignment with McKinstry's People strategy, values, and people-first culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Workday systems configuration experience required.
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources highly desired.
- Demonstrated proficiency in all responsibilities of a senior-level Systems Administrator required.
- 2-3+ years of experience leading a team required.
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Sciences, Human Resources, or related degree or equivalent work experience required.
