Senior Account Executive

At Trustpoint, we are poised to capitalize on new market opportunities, and our rapidly growing technology services division is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive business growth and foster relationships with large enterprise clients and innovative technology companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a consultative sales leader, understanding your clients' needs, uncovering pain points, and aligning Trustpoint's solutions to drive business value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on both net new business and expanding relationships within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Drive business development activities, allocating approximately 30% of your time to outbound efforts and 70% in client-facing interactions.
  • Build a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and leveraging your existing industry relationships.
  • Leverage Trustpoint's full suite of services to meet the unique staffing and technology needs of your clients, including professional services, proposals, and RFPs.
  • Maintain and grow a book of business, with an emphasis on enterprise-level clients and long-term, sustainable relationships.
  • Work closely with delivery teams and recruiters to ensure client expectations are met and to align on strategic account goals.
What You Bring to the Table:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the technology staffing or services industry, with full life cycle sales expertise.
  • Proven track record of generating at least $200K in gross profit within a singular calendar year.
  • Experience managing both new business and existing accounts to increase market share.
  • Previous experience in a tech staffing or services firm with a minimum of 100 employees is strongly preferred.

Skills:

  • Hunter mentality with the ability to generate new opportunities and close complex deals.
  • Strong relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain deep roots in enterprise accounts (at least two enterprise-level accounts preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and relationships simultaneously, with at least 50-75 professional relationships actively maintained.
