- Identify and recommend venues, negotiate optimal agreements, and oversee the process until a signed contract is achieved while collaborating with legal and adhering to internal policies.
- Supervise event operations executives.
- Take ownership of logistics decisions, including:

supplier selections; leading the on-site team in executing the event from inception to conclusion; collaborating with Product & Regional Marketing to promote events; accurately monitor event budgets and make decisions to remain within budget while ensuring a high-quality attendee experience; manage speakers, sponsors, and partners post-sign-up, closely coordinating with the Conference Producer and Sponsorship Manager; provide monthly reports on event expenditures, including performance against established metrics.

- Alert and recommend actions when tracking indicates we are not meeting targets;
- Organize and produce all on-site signage, including stage setups, to fulfill internal requirements as well as sponsorship commitments;
- Build internal relationships to ensure commercial alignment and event coordination;
- Maintain a client-centric approach and excellence in event delivery.

Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics coordination for marketing events, business events, or conferences.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to network effectively.
- Strong negotiation capabilities.
- Process-oriented and adept at problem-solving.
- Capable of taking initiative and owning projects while also working collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience in researching and analyzing event data and proposing enhancements.
- Previous line management experience is advantageous.
