Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager of Event Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in the operational management and execution of our extensive portfolio of events. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and recommending venues, negotiating optimal agreements, and overseeing the entire process to secure contracts while collaborating with legal teams and adhering to internal policies.
  • Leading and managing event operations executives.
  • Taking ownership of logistics decisions, including supplier selections, and directing the on-site team to ensure successful event execution from start to finish.
  • Collaborating with Product & Regional Marketing teams to effectively promote events.
  • Monitoring and managing event budgets, ensuring adherence while maintaining a high-quality experience for attendees.
  • Coordinating with speakers, sponsors, and partners post-signup, working closely with the Conference Producer and Sponsorship Manager.
  • Providing monthly reports on event expenditures, including performance against established metrics, and making recommendations when targets are not met.
  • Organizing and producing all on-site signage, including stage setups, to fulfill internal requirements and sponsorship commitments.
  • Building internal relationships to ensure commercial alignment and effective event coordination.
  • Prioritizing client experience and excellence in event delivery.

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination for marketing events, business gatherings, or conferences.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to network.
  • Proficient negotiation skills.
  • A process-oriented mindset and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • The capacity to take initiative and ownership of projects while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in researching and analyzing event data to recommend enhancements.
  • Previous experience in line management is advantageous.
