The communication network serves a vast number of first responders and public safety agencies, ensuring they have the necessary tools for effective operation. The management of this network falls under a state department dedicated to emergency management.

Key Responsibilities

- Inputting radio data into the system to ensure activation.
- Keeping precise records of user information.
- Executing tasks in accordance with established processes.
- Addressing user inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
- Handling incoming calls and emails from users regarding system-related challenges.
- Upholding client confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information.
- Monitoring system alerts and coordinating with technical maintenance as necessary.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.

Qualifications

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Knowledge of IT security practices and protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background verification.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
