MISO Energy is seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our Technical Development Team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that empower employees and stakeholders through advanced training methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for technical operators and business acumen needs.
  • Facilitate training through multiple formats, including classroom, virtual, and simulation-based methods.
  • Collaborate with Learning Management System administrators to create learning paths.
  • Leverage ADDIE and best practices for instructional design and training material development.
  • Ensure compliance and contribute to process improvements within the training department.
  • Support internal and external clients by adhering to departmental policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience in simulation-based training.
  • NERC Certification preferred.
  • Ability to deliver training using GE DTS or similar energy management simulation technology.
  • Familiarity with ADDIE learning model and compliance-driven training.
