Position Overview: We are seeking an individual with a robust IT background who excels in client-facing roles. This position involves the processing and management of data using various specialized software tailored to industry standards. The successful candidate will also provide support to forensic teams as needed and oversee production personnel.

Role Summary: The eDiscovery Consultant and Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the execution of litigation eDiscovery projects, ensuring both quality and timeliness. This role requires building strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements, and providing guidance on best practices. Proactively identifying and addressing potential project challenges is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of litigation support projects, utilizing industry-specific software.
  • Manage the complete project lifecycle in accordance with client specifications.
  • Track delivery timelines, ensuring quality assurance and managing any changes in project scope.
  • Monitor multiple projects to guarantee deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate closely with production staff to allocate resources effectively based on client priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between production teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Employ strong analytical skills to explore potential solutions and determine the best course of action.
  • Ensure compliance with client and industry standards, meeting all job specifications and deadlines.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who is curious and willing to ask questions. A diligent worker who is industrious in all tasks, and an innovator who is open to initiating changes and introducing new ideas.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or JD Degree is required.
  • A strong technical background is preferred.
  • Experience in litigation support and familiarity with tools such as Relativity, IPRO, LAW PreDiscovery, Concordance, or Summation is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of operations, including document imaging, printing, coding, and electronic data processing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Access.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and high-level multitasking skills.
