Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Implementation: Collaborate with our software development team to implement and configure our software, ensuring it meets the client's needs and expectations.
  • Client Support: Provide expert support to clients during the implementation process, addressing any technical issues or concerns they may have.
  • Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure clients are fully utilizing our software, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of implementation projects.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and our software development team, ensuring clear communication and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of industry experience, with a strong background in software implementation and client support.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership: Experience managing staff and leading cross-functional teams.
What We Offer
