Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Department Coordinator to join our team in Denver, CO. As a Department Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our field employees and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule technicians to customer job sites and collect, finalize, and submit job details for processing
  • Ensure technicians' schedules are cleared of completed job tickets and that open job tickets are in correct technicians' schedules for materials ordered, billing, and voided tickets
  • Run, review, and manage department reports to ensure the department is meeting customer expectations and commitments
  • Assist with billing paperwork and meet customer billing document requirements
  • Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met
  • Work with the estimating team to provide service quotes when required
  • Provide assistance to field techs with technical/mechanical troubleshooting/problem solving
  • Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the door industry is a plus but not required
  • Experience in a dispatch or other high-volume administration field is a plus
  • Must have excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service
  • Must have good time management skills, be organized, and have the ability to multi-task
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
