About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Department Coordinator to join our team at D.H. Pace Company, Inc. in Denver, CO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating field employees, ensuring timely completion of job tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Dispatch: Schedule technicians to customer job sites, collect and finalize job details, and submit them for processing.
  • Operations Management: Ensure technicians' schedules are up-to-date, and open job tickets are assigned to the correct technicians for materials, billing, and voided tickets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Run, review, and manage department reports to ensure we meet customer expectations and commitments.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with billing paperwork, meet customer billing document requirements, and create and maintain service tickets.
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to field technicians with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Inventory Management: Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the door industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Administrative Experience: Experience in a dispatch or high-volume administration field is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, focused on customer service, good time management, and the ability to multitask.
  • Professionalism: Represent the company in a professional manner.
