We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Rose Medical Center. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing clinical management to the department, coordinating patient care activities, and supervising staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical management to the department, including coordination of patient care activities and procedures.
- Supervise staff members, including delegation of activities based on patient care needs and competencies.
- Teach, supervise, and serve as a resource for staff, assisting with clinical procedures as needed.
- Assess need for and assist in implementation of staff development programs to enhance professional growth.
- Facilitate ongoing performance improvement activities that correlate to the Hospital-wide Performance Improvement Program.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- ENPC and TNCC. ENPC is only required the initial time and is not required for renewal.
- CEN preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
- Two to four years emergency department nursing experience is desirable.
