About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at the Colorado Judicial Branch. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the effective running of our SCAO division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized administrative support to the SCAO division director, ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.
  • Verify the alignment of work products with the Judicial Department's policies, procedures, and rules.
  • Assist with budget development and management, data compilation and analysis, and preparation for daily activities and meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for travel, meetings, trainings, and vehicle reservations.
  • Manage and resolve multiple email inquiries that require immediate resolution.
  • Assist with developing the budget by coordinating information from multiple functional and operational areas.
  • Determine office needs for supplies and equipment and recommend resources and equipment needs.
  • Organize meeting logistics, including taking minutes, coordinating catering, setting up rooms, and working with building management to ensure meeting space needs.
  • Participate in multiple committees and coordinate activities that build fellowship and camaraderie among employees.
  • Contribute to the onboarding and offboarding processes, including developing job requisitions, managing the interview process, and completing equity measurements to generate offer letters.
  • Manage and update the Judicial Resource Manual (JRM) documents and other data retention tools.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a paralegal or administrative field.
  • Advanced skills and extensive knowledge of work, including Microsoft Excel functions, Outlook tools, and advanced knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions

This is a sedentary role that requires sitting most of the time. The work environment is relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions and/or hazards.
