Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a positive candidate experience for the Colorado Department of Education. This position is responsible for providing technical support in functional areas of recruitment, onboarding, and records management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Monitor and respond to recruitment emails, assign and manage position numbers, and process recruitment activities in applicable systems.
  • Onboarding and Records Management: Conduct routine audits of personnel information, create and update electronic personnel records, and ensure confidentiality in all aspects of work.
  • Customer Service: Develop a rapport with internal customers, provide quality and timely customer service, and ensure that principles of confidentiality are adhered to.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in improving processes that can be streamlined, and work collaboratively with the HR Team to implement changes.
Requirements
  • Utilize NeoGov as the applicant tracking system to ensure postings and recruitments are organized and efficient.
  • Keep up-to-date databases and spreadsheets, and employee folders.
  • Use high-level time management skills to prioritize recruiting, onboarding, and records management activities.
