Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Rose Medical Center. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical management to the department through coordination of patient care activities, procedures, and flow of patients between various units.
  • Delegate duties to staff members within their scope of practice and act as a resource for clinical or communication issues.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and recognize staff to maximize performance and growth.
  • Supervise personnel providing direct patient care and provide direct and ongoing supervision of staff.
  • Assess need for and assist in implementation of staff development programs to enhance professional growth.
  • Maintain effective utilization and maintenance of manpower, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • ENPC and TNCC certification.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Two to four years emergency department nursing experience desirable.
